This morning, we observed an unusually high number of timeouts for about 15 minutes. Our investigation shows that this was limited to our monitoring systems only and did not impact any customer requests or services.

We apologize for any concern this may have caused.

We detected a brief period of intermittent timeouts affecting all API services today, starting at 10:32 CET and lasting for approximately 25 minutes.

Status: The issue was temporary and we have confirmed there was no measurable decline in performance or successful transactions according to our internal logs. An investigation by Microsoft also found no immediate issues.

We have closed this matter with a Low Severity assessment. All services are operating normally.

After the global Azure outage yesterday, all our services was up by 10pm UTC.
